If you want to stop the prompt for a 'Bill Number' from appearing on your tills in EPOS Manager, you can update the clerk security settings for the relevant role.
β οΈ Important: This change should be made in EPOS Manager, not directly on the tills.
Follow the steps below to apply the update:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to System Maintenance and select Locations.
Choose the relevant location.
Open the Clerk Security tab.
Select Features 1 for the relevant role.
Locate the following flags and ensure they are unticked:
Compulsory Bill Numbers On Clerks
Compulsory Bill Numbers On Tables
Compulsory Bill Numbers On Tabs
Save your changes and send them to the tills.
This will prevent the bill number prompt from appearing during transactions.
