To disable the biometric beep on your tills in EPOS Manager, you can make this change either on each till individually or through EPOS Manager.
On the Till
Log in to the till using your clerk code.
Select Program Mode from the menu.
Select Program Options.
Select Terminal Configuration.
Navigate to the Flags 2 tab.
Select the box named Disable Biometric Beep.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Repeat these steps for all tills where the biometric beep should be disabled.
Through EPOS Manager
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to System Maintenance and select Locations.
Choose the relevant location.
Open the Tills tab and click Edit.
Navigate to Flags 2 and select Disable Biometric Beep.
Send the changes to the tills.
