To disable biometric fingerprint readers on a till, log in to EPOS Manager and follow the steps below:
Click Pos Control from the left-hand menu.
Click Pos Control again.
Click External Devices.
Select your Location.
Select the Till.
Use the dropdown to select Biometrics.
In the next dropdown, select None.
Use the Copy feature to apply the change to additional tills if needed.
Click Save and send the update to the site via POS Updates.
