To send a clerk message from EPOS Manager to the terminals, follow the steps below:
🤓 Tip: This allows you to communicate important updates or reminders directly to staff on the tills.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Navigate to the Message screen.
Click Clerk Message in the bottom right-hand corner.
Select New Message.
Write your message.
Click Save.
