To restrict table merging so that only managers can perform this action in EPOS Manager, you will need access to Clerk Security settings.

Follow the steps below to apply the necessary restrictions:
Go to POS Control from the left-hand menu.
Click POS Control again.
Locate and click Clerk Security.
Select your desired security level using the grey ellipsis button.
In the Features2 tab, tick the box for Disable Table to Table Merge Transfer.
Click Save and send the update to your tills.
To further prevent table merging when a table is open:
Go to POS Control.
Click Global Flags.
Under Flags 1, tick the option Prevent Table Merge on Open Table.
Click Save.
