Open File Explorer on the terminal.
Click on the C: Drive.
Open the PosLink folder and select LogFiles.
Locate files named Pepper.Log.
The numbers at the beginning of each file name indicate the date. For example, 20231228Pepper.Log refers to the log file for 28/12/2023.
You can now copy these files if needed for support or analysis.
