Resolve missing items in stock count reports.

To ensure your stock result level includes the correct products in EPOS Manager, you can manually add items as needed. This helps maintain accurate stock reporting across categories and levels.

Follow the steps below to complete the setup:

  1. Log into EPOS Manager.

  2. Click Stock Maintenance and select Stock Result Level.

  3. Choose the appropriate Category and Level Number.

  4. Click on the Included Products tab.

  5. Add all relevant products or only the ones you need.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.
