Incorrect stock result closing values

Fix stock count discrepancies.

If your stock result closing figures appear incorrect in EPOS Manager, you can clear any previously saved values to reset the data. This ensures that your closing stock reflects the most accurate and current input.

Follow the steps below to complete the process:


Clear previously save sales on closing stock

  1. Log into EPOS Manager.

  2. Click Stock Maintenance and select Stock Result Level.

  3. Select the required location.

  4. Enter the Category Number.

  5. Enter the Level Number.

  6. Under the Input Closing Stock Options section, tick Clear Previously Saved Values On Load.

  7. Click Save.


Check value is zero

To confirm that the values have been cleared:

  1. Click Stock Movements and then Stock Control.

  2. Select the Input Closing Stock tab.

  3. All values should now be set to zero.


Change stock back to normal options

To return to normal stock entry behavior:

  1. Go back to Stock Maintenance and select Stock Result Level.

  2. Select the required location.

  3. Enter the Category Number.

  4. Enter the Level Number.

  5. Under the Input Closing Stock Options section, untick Clear Previously Saved Values On Load.

  6. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: If the closing quantity on the detail page does not match the quantity you entered, check that you have entered the value for a recipe in the correct quantity field.
