Web order screen lacks table and collection status options

Restore missing web order delivery and collection buttons.

If your Send to Table and Collected buttons are missing from the Web Orders screen on the till, you can restore them by adjusting the settings in EPOS Manager.

Follow the steps below to enable the correct configuration:

  1. In System Flags, click Web Orders.

  2. Enable Auto Set Ready For Delivery/Collection.

  3. Click Save.
