You can create a function to display web orders in EPOS Manager, allowing staff to view incoming online orders directly from the terminal.
Follow the steps below to set this up:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Functions.
Choose the location where you want to add the function.
Click New and enter your description.
Click the ... button under Function Type.
Select Function 186 – Show Web Orders.
Tick the relevant flags and click Save.
Add your new function to the Function Bar.
📌 Note: Function types are predefined and hard-coded into the system. Many function types include flags that allow users to customize behavior. You may use the same function type in multiple areas of the system.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates.
