Missing PLUs on POS terminals

Resend missing products to terminals.

If certain PLUs are not appearing on your terminals in PosLink, they may not have been properly sent to the location.

πŸ“Œ Note: You can get data from another till.

You can manually resend them by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Navigate to POS Control and click on PLU.

  3. Select the location where the PLU is missing.

  4. Enter the missing PLU number and click Find.

  5. When the PLU page opens, click Save.

  6. Return to the Home screen and go to POS Control.

  7. Click on POS Updates.

  8. Tick your locationβ€”the PLU you saved should now appear.

  9. Click OK to send the PLU to the terminal.

πŸ“Œ Note: Please allow up to 30 minutes for the update to reach the terminal.
