If a PLU is missing from the complementaries page of the business sheet, and the system is preventing you from closing it, you can resolve the issue in EPOS Manager by following the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select PLU.
Enter the PLU number, excluding the X, and click Find.
Tick In Use and click Save.
This should make the PLU reappear on the complementaries section of the business sheet.
If it does not, click the missing PLU number in the data field and try selecting it from the drop-down menu.
π Note: The missing PLU will appear with an X in front of its number.
