If sales for a PLU are not appearing in your business sheet, itβs likely due to missing group associations or an incomplete setup.
Follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to verify and correct the configuration:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click PLU.
Find your PLU by typing it into the Description field.
Ensure the Sales Group field is populated.
Click Save.
Use the Quick Search function to locate the Sales Group.
Confirm that the Sales Group is linked to a Major Group and a Primary Group.
π€ Tip: If your PLU is part of a newly created Sales, Major, or Primary Group, the issue may be that this group has not yet been added to your business sheet.
π Note: You will need to amend the business sheet to include these new groups so that sales data is correctly captured.
