Access EPoS Manager uses a hierarchy of three reporting levels.

These are known as :

  • Primary Groups - Top Tier

  • Major Groups - Middle Tier

  • Sales Groups - Third Tier

Sales Groups are the group or category that we assign our selling items or PLUs to in order to create and maintain a clean reporting structure.

Creating a Hierarchy Group :

Primary Groups

  1. Navigate to POS Control menu of Access EPoS Manager and Click POS Control.

  2. Click or Search for Primary Groups and press New.

  3. Enter Drink, Food or Misc as descriptions and press Save after each description.

Major Groups

  1. Click or Search for Major Groups and press New.

  2. Enter Draught as a description.

  3. Select Primary Group - Drink option and press Save.

  4. Click New again and enter Bottled as description.

  5. Select Primary Group - Drink option and press Save.

  6. Click New for a final time and enter Sprits as the description.

  7. Select Primary Group - Drink option and press Save.

Sales Groups

  1. Click or Search for Sales Groups and press New.

  2. Enter Larger as a description and select Major Group - Draught.
