To change the name of a primary group, please log in to EPoS Manager and follow the steps below:
Click POS Control and select POS Control.
Select Primary Group.
Choose your location.
Click the ... button and select the primary group you want to change.
Rename in the description section.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Please be advised that any updates will need to be sent down to the tills via the POS Updates option.
📌 Note: You may also need to change the description in your business sheet for the primary group you have renamed.
