You can modify the PIN code assigned to a KV operator to manage secure access and maintain control over kitchen video terminal functions.
To change the PIN code for a KV operator in Epos Manager:
Log in to Epos Manager.
Click POS Control, then select KV Control.
Navigate to KV Operators and choose the relevant location.
Select the appropriate user level.
Update the PIN code as needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
