To help prevent one user from overwriting business sheet data entered by another in EPOS Manager, a new parameter has been introduced in release 100.000658. When enabled, this feature will display a pop-up alert and block the second user from saving changes to the sheet.
Follow the steps below to activate this protection:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select System Maintenance.
Click on Parameters.
Select the Business Sheets tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tick Protect UserValue From Overwriting.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Once enabled, this setting helps maintain data integrity by alerting users when a business sheet has already been updated.
