Key Functions and workflows
Opening and completing a week:
Navigate to the Expenditure Tab and click Complete Week to view any discrepancies.
If there is a variance, include the discrepancy in the Banking Details under Under/Over to balance totals.
Handling Variances
Variances often stem from:
Open tracks, like unclosed sales tables.
Missing petty cash entries.
Incomplete banking updates.
Use the End of Day Report or Open Tracks Report to identify unresolved sales.
Reopening a Closed Sheet:
If a sheet is closed in error, raise a case with Support.
Specify the reporting weekโs closure date to ensure accurate reopening.
