If you need to update product prices during a delivery in EPOS Manager, you may need to adjust a setting or user role permission.
Change price
Follow the steps below to ensure price changes are allowed:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to Stock Maintenance.
Select Suppliers.
Choose the relevant location, if required.
Click the Accounts tab.
Untick the Lock Price option.
Click Save.
π Note: This will allow you to change the price of a product when receiving a delivery. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to update your user role permissions.
Update user role
Follow the steps below to do this:
Sign in to EPOS Manager.
Click System Maintenance.
Select User Roles.
Press the three dots next to your user role.
Locate the parameter called Stock Movements β Override Lock Cost Price Parameter and tick it.
Press Save.
Try the delivery again.
