Delete a saved delivery when the delete button is inactive

I have a saved delivery I want to delete, but the Delete button is inactive.

To delete a saved delivery in EPOS Manager, you must have permission to edit users or user roles:

⚠️ Important: If you don’t currently have access, please seek approval from your Head Office before proceeding.

  1. Go to System Maintenance in EPOS Manager.

  2. Click Users or User Roles.

  3. Scroll through the tick boxes and locate Stock Control – Lock Stock Movements After Saving.

  4. Select the box and click Save.

  5. In the Deliveries section of Users or User Roles, ensure Edit Deliveries is also ticked, as these permissions are often used together.
