New button missing when creating PLU

Enable new button for PLU creation in user roles.

If a user is unable to see the New button when creating PLUs, their User Role may be restricting access.

To update the role settings in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click System Maintenance.

  3. Select User Role, then choose the relevant user role from the list.

  4. Deselect the option PLU – Disable New Button.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
