Create a user role

Set up user roles with bulk permissions for system access.

User roles make it easier to manage system permissions by allowing you to assign access settings in bulk.

πŸ“Œ Note: Instead of configuring permissions for each user individually, you can create a role and apply it to multiple users.

To set up a new user role in EPOS Manager, follow these steps:

  1. Select System Maintenance.

  2. Click User Role.

  3. Click New.

  4. Add a description.

  5. Tick all the permissions you want to include in the user role.

  6. Click Apply.

  7. Click Save.
