Enable access to edit and create dashboards

Grant dashboard editing permissions to users.

Customising dashboards allows businesses to tailor visualisations to meet specific decision-making needs, refine performance tracking, and improve reporting efficiency.

πŸ“Œ Note: Please be aware that these are global dashboards, meaning any created will be visible to all users.


Update user groups via user roles

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click on System Maintenance and select User Roles. You can also type User Roles into the search bar at the top of the page.

  3. In the User Role No text box, click the three dots and double-click the required user role.

  4. In the list of security roles, locate Dashboards Administrator under the System Maintenance section.

  5. Tick the Allow Edit column checkbox.

  6. Click Save.


Individual user access

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click on System Maintenance and select Users, or type Users into the search bar at the top of the page.

  3. In the User ID text box, click the three-dot button and double-click the user.

  4. Assign or amend the user role that includes Dashboard Administrator access.

  5. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: Users will need to log off and back on for the changes to take effect.
