To grant a user access to centralised areas of EPOS Manager, youβll need to assign them to the centralised location within their profile settings.
This ensures they can view and interact with shared system features.
Navigate to System Maintenance and select Users.
Click the three dots next to the User ID field, then choose the relevant user from the list.
Select the Allowed Locations tab.
Tick the Allowed box next to the centralised location (usually location 0000).
Click Save.
Ask the user to log out and back into EPOS Manager for the changes to take effect.
