Adjust a user's access level in EPoS Manager to control their permissions. Higher levels grant broader system access, and changes must be made by users with sufficient authority.

โš ๏ธ Important: You can only change another user's level if your own user level is higher than theirs.

To edit a userโ€™s access level in EPoS Manager, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to EPoS Manager.

  2. Navigate to System Maintenance and select Users.

  3. Click the ellipsis (โ€ฆ) button next to the user you want to edit.

  4. Locate the User Level Entry field and enter a new value.

    • User levels range from 1 to 99, with 99 being the highest level of access.

  5. Click Save.
