Adjust a user's access level in EPoS Manager to control their permissions. Higher levels grant broader system access, and changes must be made by users with sufficient authority.
⚠️ Important: You can only change another user's level if your own user level is higher than theirs.
To edit a user’s access level in EPoS Manager, please follow the steps below:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Navigate to System Maintenance and select Users.
Click the ellipsis (…) button next to the user you want to edit.
Locate the User Level Entry field and enter a new value.
User levels range from 1 to 99, with 99 being the highest level of access.
Click Save.
