To remove the note that appears when pressing a PLU button on the till in EPOS Manager, you’ll need to adjust the PLU settings within the POS control section.
Follow the steps below to manage which notes are displayed:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control, then click PLU List.
Choose your location.
Select the relevant PLU groups and tick Show Flags 1.
At the top of the screen, locate the bold option Show PLU Notes.
Select or deselect the PLUs you want the notes to appear or be removed from.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Send the updates to the terminals using the POS Updates section.
