To enable the ability to view and print PLU notes directly from the POS, you’ll need to create a PLU Info function and assign it to a button on the keyboard or function bar in EPOS Manager.
Create function
Follow the steps below to create the function:
Log into EPOS Manager.
Go to POS Control.
Select POS Control again.
Click on Functions.
Choose the correct location, if required.
Select New to create a new function.
Add a description for the function.
Set the Function Type to 83 PLU Info.
Click Save to confirm the new function.
Add the new function to the required keyboard or function bar.
Send any changes to the POS terminals.
Use the function
To use the new function, follow the steps below:
Press the PLU Info button.
Select the PLU you want to view.
To print the notes, select the Print option.
