If you are unable to add a PLU to the keyboard in EPOS Manager, it may be because the PLU hasnβt been marked as In Use.
Follow the steps below to check and update its status:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control, then click PLU.
Search for your PLU.
On the left-hand side, ensure In Use is selected.
Click Save.
Once this is done, you should be able to add the PLU to your keyboard.
