Unable to add PLU to keyboard layout

When attempting to add a PLU to the keyboard, it does not appear in the selection list.

If you are unable to add a PLU to the keyboard in EPOS Manager, it may be because the PLU hasn’t been marked as In Use.

Follow the steps below to check and update its status:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control, then click PLU.

  3. Search for your PLU.

  4. On the left-hand side, ensure In Use is selected.

  5. Click Save.

Once this is done, you should be able to add the PLU to your keyboard.
