If a PLU is currently disabled in EPOS Manager, you can enable it by following the steps below. Once enabled, the PLU will be active and ready for transactions.
This will allow the item to be active and available for use at the terminal:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Navigate to POS Control and click on PLU.
Choose the relevant location.
Search for the PLU you want to enable.
Select the In Use option.
Click Save to apply the changes.
