To prevent a PLU from appearing in the search results on the terminal, log in to EPOS Manager and follow the steps below.
Navigate to POS Control.
Click PLU.
Search for the PLU you want to hide from the search option.
Go to the Flags 3 tab.
Tick Don't show in PLU Search.
Click Save.
Send the updates to the terminal using the POS Updates.
