To enable age verification for specific products in EPOS Manager, you can apply settings to individual PLUs or update them in bulk. This ensures that items requiring age checks are properly flagged at the point of sale.
For individual PLUs, follow the steps below:
Select POS Control and choose PLU.
Select your location and find the PLU you want to update.
Click on Flags 2.
Enter the required age in Minimum Age Check.
Click Save.
To update PLUs in bulk, follow the steps below:
Select POS Control and choose PLU List.
Choose your location, primary group, and major groups.
Tick Show Flags 2.
Click Next.
Right-click the Minimum Age Check column header and select Set all to a value.
Enter the required age and click Apply.
Click Save.
