This setting helps maintain a clear and organized display by preventing orders from splitting awkwardly across columns.
To ensure that Kitchen Video (KV) orders automatically move to the next column when they don’t fit in the current one, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Click System Maintenance and select Locations.
Select the necessary location.
Select the KVs tab.
Edit the KV and select the Ticket Mode Settings tab.
Scroll and select Does Not Fit New Col option.
Click Save.
