Wifi PDQ transactions are not processing

Troubleshoot WiFi payment processing failures

If your Wi-Fi-enabled PDQ terminals are unable to process transactions, especially when multiple units are affected at once, the issue is likely due to a network connectivity failure.

Follow the steps below to diagnose and resolve the problem:

  • Restart the PDQ terminal to refresh its connection.

  • Restart your modem and network switch to reset the network.

  • Wait 2 minutes to allow all devices to reconnect and stabilize.

  • Check the PDQ connection status. If the network is restored, card processing should resume.

If your IT team confirms that there is no issue with the internet connection, raise a new support case and include the following details:
