To enable offline payments on your WorldPay PDQ terminals, you will need to coordinate with WorldPay directly.
Once offline mode is activated, follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Contact WorldPay and request that offline payments be enabled on the required devices.
Once WorldPay confirms the change, restart your card machines to apply the update.
