You can effectively manage and streamline hot drinks orders, ensuring a smoother workflow. It's ideal for restaurant staff or managers looking to optimize their point-of-sale systems and improve service speed.

To empower you to leverage technology for better order management in your kitchen, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to IBS StockLink and click POS Control.

  2. Select KV Control and click KV Order Balancing.

  3. Click the location picker to change to the location you need to add the group to.

  4. Select the Location and click Confirm.

  5. Click New Group, click Name your group, and give it a name.

  6. Click the Enabled field and choose between balancing All Selling Items or Customer Selection for specific PLUs, using the drop-down to select the selling items.

  7. Select the cooking status range the balance count is to be based. You will always have the from value as new.

  8. Select the To value as required.

  9. Select the kitchen video screen to balance the orders on and click Create Group.
