To remove the IPv6 connection from a terminal in EPoS Manager, you’ll need to adjust the network settings directly on the device. This may help resolve certain connectivity issues.

📌 Note: You may need to close the PosLink software before proceeding.
To remove IPv6 from your terminal, follow the steps below:
Log onto the terminal.
Open the Control Panel.
Select Network and Sharing Center.
Click on Change adapter settings.
Right-click on your network connection and select Properties.
Untick Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
Click OK to save the changes.
