The redirect option is disabled in the kitchen video system

The KV Redirect function was set up correctly, but screens failed to display content, likely due to device mapping or network issues.

This enables the redirect feature, allowing orders to flow correctly between designated kitchen video screens.

To activate the KV Redirect function and ensure orders are properly routed across kitchen screens, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the till and go into Program Mode.

  2. Select Program and search for Kitchen Video Network.

  3. Select the relevant KV and untick the Disable KV Redirect option.

  4. Press Save.
