Bold formatting is missing on the KV display

Iโ€™ve enabled the global flags in my Kitchen Video (KV) settings to display PLUs in bold, but the formatting is not appearing as expected on the screens.

โš ๏ธ Important: The issue with items not appearing in bold on Kitchen Video (KV) screens has been resolved in version 1.62 of KVLink.

To apply this update, follow the steps below in EPOS Manager:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click Reports and select KVOverview.

  3. Tick the locations you wish to update.

  4. At the bottom of the screen, enter the Hour.

  5. Populate the Date you want the update to apply.

  6. Use the drop-down to select Update To Version 1.62.

  7. Click Apply.

๐Ÿค“ Tip: The KV screens will update to the selected version at the specified date and time.
