Email report from the till

Configure email settings to send reports directly from terminals.

To enable reports to be sent via email directly from the tills, you’ll need to configure both the email interface and the batch report settings in EPOS Manager.

Follow the steps below to complete the setup:


Interface

  1. Log onto EPOS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control and select POS Control again.

  3. Click Interfaces and choose your location.

  4. Use the ... button next to Record Type and select Email.

  5. Fill in all required fields using the details provided by your email provider or IT department.

  6. Click Save.


Batch report

  1. Click POS Control and select POS Control again.

  2. Click Batch Reports and choose your location.

  3. Use the ... button next to Report No to select the report.

  4. Enter your email address in the Email Report To field.

  5. To add multiple recipients, separate each email address with a semicolon.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
