To prevent the End of Day report from being run while any track remains open, you can apply a restriction in EPOS Manager.
This ensures all tracks are properly closed before finalizing daily reports.
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Batch Reports.
Use the ... button next to Report No to select End Of Day.
Tick Don't Allow If Open Tracks.
Click Save to apply the setting.
