To configure the automatic end-of-day report in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
🤓 Tip: This setup ensures that your daily reporting runs smoothly without manual intervention. The report name may vary depending on your configuration.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Batch Reports and select your location.
Use the ... button to click Z Read/End of Day.
Ensure the Select Terminals In Location field is populated with All Locations.
Tick Z Clear Level and review any other relevant options.
Click Save.
Next, check your Global Flags settings to link the report:
Click POS Control and select POS Control.
Click Global Flags and select your location.
Click Flags 2.
Find Batch Report To Run On EOD and select the report you just configured.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Remember to send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates. This ensures the new settings are applied across all devices.
