If your report header is displaying incorrect or outdated information, you can update it directly through EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to make the necessary changes:
Go to POS Control from the left-hand menu in EPOS Manager.
Click on POS Control again.
Select Printer Text.
Use the drop-down menu to choose Report Header.
Edit the text as needed and click Save.
Click Send to Tills to apply the changes.
📌 Note: Following the steps will update the header shown on your reports across all relevant terminals.
