To manage who receives automatic reports via email, you can update the recipient list directly in EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to add or remove email addresses:
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click Designers and select Group Weekly Report Designer.
Click the ... button and choose your report.
Click More Options.
Click the ... button again.
Enter the email address to add a new recipient.
Remove the email address to stop it from receiving reports.
Click Save, then click Save again to confirm.
π Note: Ensure this report is enabled within the user's user role to allow access.
