If your terminal is displaying a message that it has been suspended, you can resolve this by updating its status in EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to reactivate the terminal:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click on System Maintenance.
Select Locations.
Choose the relevant location and click the Tills tab.
Click Edit next to the terminal that is showing as suspended.
From the In Use drop-down menu, select In Use.
Click Save and Send to Tills.
Reload the POS software on the terminal that was suspended.
