If a location is not appearing in POS Updates, it may be due to the system being set to automatically send updates to the terminal.
To resolve this in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Navigate to System Maintenance and click on Locations.
Select the relevant location.
Click into Tills.
Tick Feature Disabled on the left-hand side.
π Note: This will stop updates from being automatically sent to the terminals and allow the location to appear in POS Updates.
