If you have created a new location that is not appearing in the reporting areas, it may not yet be linked to a reporting group.
To update this in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click System Maintenance and select Codes Maintenance.
From the Code Groups, choose Location Reporting Areas.
Tick the box next to the reporting area name you want to use.
Click Save.
📌 Note: To add a new reporting area, click Add before saving.
