If your Kitchen Video (KV) screen is entering sleep or hibernate mode, you can adjust the power settings in EPOS Manager to keep it active during service.
Follow the steps below using Windows 10:
Tap the KV screen to reveal the standard Windows taskbar.
Click the Start button in the bottom left corner.
Select Settings.
Choose System.
Click Power & Sleep.
Under Screen, set the time for turning off the display.
For KV screens, this should usually be set to Never.
Under Sleep, set the time for when the device goes to sleep.
For more options, select Additional power settings to further customise how your device uses power.
