Terminal error saying tender is disabled

Fix tender disabled error by unchecking terminal disabled option

If you're experiencing an error message on the tills, you will need to log into each affected till using either the Engineer Code or a clerk code with Program Mode access.

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Select Program Mode on the till.

  2. Select Programming/Programing List.

  3. Choose the first option, Terminal Configuration, then go to the Flags 2 tab.

  4. Untick the option Terminal Disabled.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Exit out of Program Mode.

  7. Repeat these steps on each till that is affected.

This will re-enable the terminals and clear the error message.
