If you're experiencing an error message on the tills, you will need to log into each affected till using either the Engineer Code or a clerk code with Program Mode access.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Select Program Mode on the till.
Select Programming/Programing List.
Choose the first option, Terminal Configuration, then go to the Flags 2 tab.
Untick the option Terminal Disabled.
Click Save.
Exit out of Program Mode.
Repeat these steps on each till that is affected.
This will re-enable the terminals and clear the error message.
