To check whether the Acrelec XML file is present on your till, you can locate it directly through the system files in EPOS Manager.
To locate the Acrelec XML file, follow these steps:
Tap the bottom left corner of the screen to reveal the Windows Start button.
Next to it, look for the yellow File Explorer icon. If it’s not visible, try selecting the My Computer icon instead.
Open the C drive.
Select the Acrelec folder to view its contents.
You should see the XML file listed inside.
