If you receive a license-related error on the till, it may be due to a previously registered license file.
π Note: Reach out to us to close the PosLink on the till.
Follow the steps below to refresh the license and allow reactivation.
Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\POSLink.
Locate and delete the file named License.lic.
Contact Support and request that the license be made available for reactivation.
In POSLink, go to the license entry screen.
Select From Web and re-enter your license number.
πNote: This process will refresh the license and enable activation on the till or used on another till.
